Hi, I'm Aleksandra — a children's book illustrator who believes magic hides in the tiniest details (and sometimes in the mess under my desk). I grew up in southern Poland and now work from my seaside studio in New Zealand, surrounded by pencils, paper stacks, and far too many half-finished cups of tea.

Since 2017, I've illustrated over 40 books, games, and projects. My work mixes watercolour, gouache, and ink with a sprinkle of digital polish. I love stories that make you feel something gentle, laugh a little, or carry a spark of wonder long after the last page.

My style wanders between tender and funny, depending on where the story wants to go. Nature, autumn colours, and everyday emotions are my favourite guides. I'm always open to collaborations with heart, imagination, and just a hint of the unexpected.
