FAQ
Why hasn’t my letter been shipped yet?
Letters are shipped at the beginning of each month.
If you sign up any time from midnight on the 1st (NZST), your letter will ship in the first few days of the next month.
When will I receive my letter? Can I track it?
Pocket of Magic mail is sent via regular letter post (untracked) on the first business days of each month.
• New Zealand: usually arrives within 3 working days.
• International: typically 6–13 working days, sometimes longer during the Christmas season.
What if my letter gets lost?
Mail is sent untracked to keep shipping affordable and light. Once posted, it’s in the care of the postal service. If your letter hasn’t arrived within 4–6 weeks, please email hello@aleksandraszmidt.com, I’ll always do my best to make it right.
What currency is Pocket of Magic billed in?
All subscriptions are billed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
Your bank or card provider will automatically convert the amount to your local currency at the current exchange rate, there are no extra fees on my side.
For reference, NZ $25 ≈ US $15 / £12 / €14 (depending on the day’s rate).
How can I update my address or payment details?
You can update your address, payment details, or cancel anytime through the Customer Portal under your account.

When is my subscription billed?
Your subscription renews on the same date each month that you joined.
For example, if you joined on July 15, you’ll be billed again on August 15, then September 15, and so on.
To avoid another renewal, please cancel before your next billing date.
